We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible countries and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, including holidays, sales events, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or peak seasonal demand.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

PetcarePaw Ltd is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide updates where possible.

Please note that delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control.

8. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and products.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photographs.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED ORDERS

If an order is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect;
  • Delivery was refused; or
  • The parcel was not collected from the carrier,

we may contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
